ABOUT JOHN GILLESPIE
John Gillespie began his commercial real estate career in San Francisco and, in 1988, relocated to Southern California. Since 2000, John has focused exclusively on tenant representation and has completed more than 7 million square feet of tenant-represented transactions (including 20 leases ranging from 90,000 to 300,000 square feet) in various markets throughout the U.S.
Prior to the establishment of NCR Advisors, John worked on behalf of several developers and landlords, and was involved in the development and leasing of numerous major office building projects. As a result of this experience, John has the benefit of an insider's understanding of landlords’ motivations when negotiating on behalf of NCR Advisors' tenant clients.
